Sending invitations before reviewing living-person privacy

Step by step

01

Open workspace administration

From the workspace, open metadata or members depending on your admin flow.

02

Choose role and access

Select owner, admin, editor, or viewer and decide whether the person can see all trees or selected trees.

03

Link a person

If the relative already exists in the tree, connect the account with that profile for better context.

04

Resend only when needed

If an invitation expires or gets lost, resend it instead of creating duplicates.
